During the coming years, we will be highlighting leadership initiatives as a significant part of our community building efforts. This fall, we are participating in the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI), a program in partnership with Combined Jewish Philanthropies and the Coalition for Jewish Life and Learning. Through a series of interactive sessions, we will get to know one another, deepen our personal connections with our rabbis, strengthen our effectiveness as community leaders and support one another as we identify common and shared goals.
