Executive Director Anthony “Tony” Daniels is a native of the North Shore and joins the Mishkan Tefila family after serving as Executive Director of the Jewish Community Center of the North Shore. No stranger to Jewish communal service, Tony was the Chair of Lowell, Massachusetts’ “No Place for Hate” campaign and serves on the North Shore Advisory Board of the Anti-Defamation League. Tony has served on the boards of Operation Hope in Boston, and is a former Trustee of the North Shore Music Center. In his previous profession, Tony served as Vice President for Sovereign/Santander Bank.

Diane Rosenbaum comes to Congregation Mishkan Tefila as part of the administrative office after 40 years in the non-profit sector, most recently as the Senior Associate Director of the Anti-Defamation League Boston Regional office. Born in Kentucky, Diane has lived and worked in Israel, France, and England as well as New York and Washington, DC. Stationed in Paris, she spent 8 years working in Eastern Europe for the Joint Distribution Committee. Diane is a graduate of George Washington University and has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College.

Harriet Charnitsky, our Secretary/Receptionist, has been at Congregation Mishkan Tefila for 11 years. For most of you she is the “voice of Mishkan Tefila” when you call. She came here after serving as an Assistant Catering Manager at the Holiday Inn in Dedham. Harriet, a native Bostonian, grew up with Mishkan Tefila in Roxbury. She served two terms as President of the Sisterhood at Temple Sinai in Sharon.

Carlo Pazienza, Bookkeeper, has been with Congregation Mishkan Tefila for four years as part of the administrative office. Prior to that Carlo worked in a travel agency and for a nonprofit for many years. A native of Dedham, he has 3 children and 10 grandchildren. His large family leaves little time for his favorite sport, golf.
