CMT embraces our tradition’s mandate to pursue tzedek, or justice, through social action and acts of loving kindness for our own community and the greater community.
Our social action programs bring together all of our members, children and adults, to work on projects including:
- Our Annual Mitzvah Day
- Jewish Coalition for Literacy
- Jewish Children and Family Service’s Family Table, and
- Mitzvah of the Month
We also partner with Save Darfur, Cradles to Crayons, and The Home for Little Wanderers, with the goal of helping those less fortunate.
