Ode to Odessa - Pianist Vadim Neselovskyi & Friends July 13, 7:30PM (doors open 7PM)
On July 13, Ukrainian pianist and composer and Berklee professor Vadim Neselovskyi brings his artistry to Congregation Kehillath Israel.
Vadim will perform his acclaimed solo piano suite ODESA, which has received coverage in the NY Times, NPR's Morning Edition, WNYC's All of It with Alison Stewart, The PBS Newshour, The Boston Globe and internationally.
Additionally, the program will feature six movements from a new composition still in progress, Ukrainian Diary. For this, Neselovskyi will be accompanied by an international trio featuring Turkish violinist Bengisu Gokce, American violist Sophia Nikas and Brazilian cellist Thiago Wolf.
