The High Holidays are a time of memory and reflection, renewal and celebration. Yizkor is our service to remember the sweet souls that we have lost, individually and as a CMT Community. 

 During the Yizkor Service on Yom Kippur afternoon, the names in our 5784/2023 Yizkor Book will be read from the bimah as a memorial to the blessing of each life. We hope you will include the names of your loved ones. We ask for an $18 donation for each name listed in the booklet.

2023 - 2024 Dues Renewal and Yizkor Forms have been mailed. Please look for this in your regular mail.

You must be a member in good standing to receive your High Holy Day tickets, so please return your membership commitments as soon as possible.

Campus Partner Events

Salem Day Trip
Sunday, August 27,
11:30AM to 5:00PM

Join our campus partners on a fun, end-of-summer day trip to the beautiful and historic North Shore town of Salem. Take the ferry with us from the Aquarium, or meet us directly at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM). A visit to PEM (which has wide ranging collections of art, fashion, decorative objects, furniture, maritime and local history) will be followed by lunch, a stroll through Salem, and a ride on the Commuter Rail back to North Station.

Each attendee can choose their own mode of transport to and from Salem, and is responsible for the travel costs, museum admission fee, and their own lunch. Below is a detailed timeline and information about addresses and pricing of each component.

11:30AM meet at 1 Long Wharf, Boston - next to the Aquarium
11:45AM ferry departure - $31 ticket & fees ($29 seniors)
12:35PM ferry arrival (10 Blaney St, Salem)
12:50PM meet at Peabody Essex Museum  (161 Essex St. Salem) 
1:00PM visit the Peabody Essex Museum - $20 admission ($18 seniors)

circa 2:30PM Lunch at the Museum, circa 3:15PM Explore Salem (stroll, shop, sightsee)

4:15PM meet at Commuter Rail Station (252 Bridge St, Salem) - $2.40 fare
4:24PM Commuter Rail departs 
5:00PM arrive at North Station
